GrindwellNorton, a Saint Gobain Group company, has been a pioneer in the Indian Abrasives market for over 70 years. However they lost the leadership status to CUMI a decade ago. This is largely attributed to a complacent operating team and an ageing organization with energies been dispersed rather than being focusing on a unified purpose.

A new leadership at the helm of affairs inherently believed that it is within the organization and its people to change the dynamics. The task was to create a large platform and bring all the people concerned to work towards a common objective. Attain sustained leadership.

Brand Harvest recommended an employee engagement platform that involved at the first stage a leadership team constituting of over 30 people. We branded this team group concord and they were brought on a single platform to share their vision for GNO. A two-day intensive workshop was organised to crystallize their thoughts into a well-articulated roadmap. Goals were defined, objectives were set and the journey began. This journey is what we call working towards achieving “ The Next level”. The engagement program of ‘Next level” is now an active and has involved everyone at GNO. Focusing all the energies towards a common purpose has resulted in overtaking CUMI for consecutive three quarters now.
